Hey guys, I finally got around to starting my V9958 VDC cart project for the C64!... The VYM Cart. I have posted a small project page for it here: www.6502.org/users/sjgray/projects/vym-cart/index.htmlAs a bonus I added a small 9-voice sound chip ;-) Comments or suggestions are welcome.

I have now completed the initial routing of my VYM cart. I still need to check it and perhaps make some traces thicker here and there before sending it to the board house.

That looks like a super interesting project. Since you access the chips through IO areas, I suppose it would be easy to mod it to run on a VIC-20. On the C128, you get the added benefit of double speed and more RAM. By all means, keep us posted! P.S.: The V9958 seems to have the same package as the C64c's large 64 pin PLA.
