I'm glad my suggestion for a games thread was turned into a reality.
I know of only a few games that take advantage of the C128's special capabilities.
I know there is a special version of Elite which runs slightly faster and I know Gunship and Project Stealth Fighter (Microprose) gain some speed.

Ultima V is playable on the 128. The extra RAM allows the full game music, which is lacking on C64 version. The Last V8 had a 128 port. QIX has an enhanced version for C128 on the flip side of the disk. There are many PD games for the 128. I have some disks with them but haven't actually had a chance to see what they were.

Are you after only "original" 80s games or modern remakes/new games?
I did a pretty serious effort at writing Boulder Dash for the 128 in 80 col mode and am playing with an isometric engine too (also 80 col).

Are you after only "original" 80s games or modern remakes/new games? I like both... anything that makes use of the C128's capabilities. Truly, Robert Bernardo Fresno Commodore User Group www.dickestel.com/fcug.htm
