Games that don't fill the entire memory can be easy to convert but a game with a bitmap at $e000 can be a massive undertaking to convert since a lot needs to be rearranged. It is the registers at $ff00 on the C128 that gets in the way.
Compared to the C64 version, there are no sound effects nor music on this C128 version. Also when you die, the shoe comes down, but there is no leg attached to the boot as in the C64 version. The C128 version has no title screen with animation and music.
