Thanks to virtualsky and xahmol for the replies.
After rereading this thread, I realized that I was not really clear in my first post.
I am looking for the topdesk version that replaces the original desktop in GEOS 2.0.
I believe it was produced in Germany and distributed here in the US by Quincy Softworks and also bundled with MegaPatch. It could have been used as a replacement for the desktop.
@ virtualsky - Thank you for the link. The TopDesk version 5.0 seems to have been updated to work only with MegaPatch. When installed in the regular GEOS 128 2.0 the screen stays grey and the desktop never shows.
@ xahmol - Thank you for your references. I am not sure if the image you provided refers to TopDesk under GEOS or MegaPatch. I do not have facebook and the content is not available right now.
I partially agree with your comments. GEOS is more intuitive to use than MegaPatch, although the most updated version of MegaPatch includes some features (like native SD2IEC drive) that can be useful.
I'll see if I can join FB and that group to renew my request.

nonefornow : This is Topdesk128 for MegaPatch128. So alas not for standard GEOS128, do not have that one readily available. I can somehow not attach anything here, otherwise I would have uploaded the image. On MP3: yeah, MP3 (and Wheels) make a lot of sense using an SD2IEC or a real CMD HD. But my present setup with RAM boot from REU, dual 1581 RAM disk from REU and an Ultimate III+ emulated 1581 drive work pretty sweet for me, faster and more convenient for me than either Megapatch3 or Wheels128 with SD2IEC. If somebody could make either Megapatch3 or Wheels128 to work with the hyperspeed SoftIEC access on the Ultimate II+ cartridge with Device Manager ROM I might reconsider. But keep using standard GEOS128 v2 for now. Demo of my GEOS setup booting: Videos of my recent GEOS development projects:

By the way, the full original Topdesk source code can be found here: github.com/mist64/TopDeskIt does not provide builds though, nor will this source build as it is meant as reference instead as source code to build from.

Found the images as well of that original Topdesk versions. So these should be for standard GEOS. www.pagetable.com/?p=1341Topdesk128 for Megapatch3 is still actively developed. Latest image is at that Facebook link.

From the comments indicated and also what you mention above, this sorce code does not compile correclty and it should be used as a reference for future development. My search continues.

Thank you all, I did join the FB group and it's a Geos resource for sure, am really stoked that Paul Murdaugh is working towards a unilateral Configure that will address REUs, Georams, CMD devices, et all - all in one C128 Configure !!
