Hi! I bought Commodore 1084S monitor which has instead 9pin DSub connector - 8pin DIN conector. I know that's possible to buy cable for this input, but I want to make reduction 9pin DSub to 8pin DIN. I know pins connection in 9pin DSub, but not in 8pin DIN - it looks that there is missing one pin for ground - it's in case of DIN used shield and other 8pins are connected. But how? I want to do simple connector exchanger... Thank you for each help. Miro 33

Should be able to google the pinout. the 9pin connector only has 7 used pins really. RGBIHV and Ground. in fact here is the pinout,
