I've been playing around with Power C on the C128. I like the fact that it uses 80 columns, has a built-in editor, linker, compiler etc. I'm wanting to also check out the other C variant on this platform - Super C 128 v3.x. Unfortunately, I've been unsuccessful locating any disk images containing this software. Does anyone on this board know where Super C v3 can be had? I found an older C64 distribution on the Cenbe site that was v2.01 of Super C. It only run's on c64 mode.
Thanks

Sorry I can't directly help. I played around with both "Power C" and "Super C" and they have become muddled in mind... I found neither to be a "definitive" best against old-fashioned assembly programming.
I guess the fault is mine for not devoting hours of my time to these systems...
In other words, my precious time is best used on old-fashioned 6502-assembly programming. But I would *LOVE* to hear how Power C (or Super C) makes programming "better" (easier and/or faster) compared to old-school assembly...
Not just me... if anybody can tell us how "Power C" (or another C-compiler) is superior, then please explain... thank you!!!
