How easy is it to add this to one of the EF3 kits on eBay? I suddenly have a reason to buy one. I want it for the same reasons, developing on the PC and testing on my real 128 without messing about moving SD cards back and forth.

I now have a "port" access to ROM working and you can select multi-colour hardware shifting to take place so if you have in the cart 11010110 01111001 00000000 and you select shift 1 you will get 00110101 10011110 01000000 shift 2 00001101 01100111 10010000 shift 3 00000011 01011001 11100100

You just program the new EF 128 menu into Slot 0 using the standard EF prog tool that it comes with. Then you set the jumpers to CPLD program mode, then use the cpld program tool to program the new ef3.svf and then its a 128 version.

USB download kind of works, but it doesn't start. If I Run/Stop Restore and run the "run code" it does.. few more kinks to work out...

Its a bit slow, going full speed seems to make it fail. Not sure why yet.
