Okay my C64 maxi version, with the full-size keyboard just arrived. I've had it a few hours, set up a USB drive and started Ws-Basic. I played my SID tunes on it. What I've noticed is great improvement in sound when it pertains to "syncer.sid", but "time.sid" doesn't sound like the original at all; not even when it's played in versions on WinVice as old as 2.2. This isn't Re-sid; it must be the fast emulation. All in all, I like the emulation though, and I would recommend buying it to anyone. Mine cost me 130 bones. Not bad.

Hi, with the C64Maxi, you also have the VIC-20 emulation? You can expanded the RAM?

You can expand the ram on it if you go to a certain website (http://thec64.tetraware.net/) That is to say, if you change the filename of the disk image in a certain way you can add a virtual ram expander of any size to the C64, or expand the memory of a Vic-20 to however you need it to be. Sorry about the delay, I haven't been here much lately.
