So some friends and I were having a discussion about "classic" (copper) data lines versus "modern" (fiber) data lines. (FYI, we were comparing T3 to OC3)
It may be different in your country, but in the US, a T1 is known to handle 64K*24 = 1536K (about 1.5M) bits per second.
Also in the US, a T3 is well-known (well, if you are a computer geek). Anyway, you would *think* it would be 3x the capacity of a T1... but my recollections from the telecommunications industry (about a decade old now) seems it was somehow different.
Anyway, I did a Google search for T3, and specifically narrowed down the criteria to "telecommunications acronyms". And here is the BEST ANSWER ON EARTH:

I remember how the original Terminator movie had 6502 code scrolling on screen as the cyborg was performing "analysis". I don't recall anything Commodore-specific in Terminator 3... except maybe those computers in the abandoned NORAD (?) facility were similar to PETs ? Do tell... would hate to miss a good commie reference

Yes, there was at least one Commodore PET computer in the facility. I haven't seen T3 in a while, but glad you confirm there were PET(s) in the final NORAD scene... so I am not TOTALLY crazy (just mostly)
