I wanted to provide a complete list of AT&T psych questions for everybody to review, but sadly I discovered my new Win 8 / IE 11 does not have 'work offline' feature like older versions (so I could review the web pages and post the questions here). BTW if I try to go to the test site today (online) it just says "Your test has been completed" (or something similar).
In fact, it seems 'work offline' has been MIA from Internet Exploder since version 9 ? Can't verify, but it is surely missed (my last PC had Win XP / IE 8 and 'offline browsing' worked)
If M$ removes a feature used by only 1% of their users, doesn't that fork about 1,000,000 people?
Try searching M$ help for stupid alternatives... like disconnect your network cable or enter 'fake' IP address for Gateway in the Connections setting... yeah, that will keep you from accessing online content, but it won't let you automatically view cashed pages.
Another alternative suggested is to manually save each page you want... or use a "site grabber"... well that is great (if cumbersome) when you *know* you will want to access a web page off-line, but totally useless when you randomly want to access a page off-line.
I tried Google Chrome and had the same problem... not possible... oh yeah they say they are planning to add that feature (an article circa 2011)... but still not ready... at this rate I will die before they get it ready.
However I did find that in FireFox there is a free add-on (well, suggested contribution $1) for off-line browsing. Still testing, but so far it works.
So, it is like these software developers, who have reliable/fast Internet connections at work, assume that everybody out in the wild also have reliable/fast Internet connections. This is not always true for me, and others that I know... so there is a need for offline browsing.
If this add-on works well, I'll contribute $10 to the author... well if a 1,000,000 people found out about this app and contributes $5, the author would be quite rich
