These are the exact same thing since Commodore closed down but they purchased the rubber feet for their computers from 3M which is still in business. I buy large sheets of the exact same type. They are also used on Amiga 500, 600 and 1200.
The 1571 uses larger rubber feet but I think the 1570 also uses the same type I sell.
Also available in black for VIC-20, C16, C64, 1541 drives and Wico joysticks
Remark It's almost impossible to use the measurements you just gave to find the origin component. Whatever Commodore bought, it must have been based on imperial physical dimensions as all engineering was done in the U.S.
If I take the numbers you posted and convert them to imperial values, they give irregular numbers.
I suspect the real dimensions are something like 0.75 x 0.25 x 1/16 (possibly 3/32) inch.
I managed to find the genuine rubber feet for the VIC-20, 64, 1541 and the white ones for the C64c, C128, A500, etc... by pure luck. Around 2007, I purchased a UV eraser and was totally baffled to notice it had the same rubber feet as the VIC-20. With the UV eraser came a spare set of feet and sure enough the exact part number was printed on the wax paper sheet.
There are thousands of different models of rubber feet sold by electronic components distributors. When I visited Mouser for that part number, I then discovered it was available in different colors.
