My C128 DCR work fine except for the internal disk drive. The drive does not read any disk. I also have a 1571 external drive and I mounted the DCR internal drive in my 1571 drive and it worked fine. This means it must be something wrong on the the DCR main PCB. I've downloaded the U102 318047-01 ROM file and made a new Eprom but that did not fix the problem.
I've also connected my 1571 drive as device 9 and used the C128D Logic diagnostic version 1.2.1 software to test the U102, U103, U104, U106 an U107 chips but all was reported as good.
I'm wondering if there is a problem with the U108 or the U105 chip.
When I try to read a disk I get "File not found error" and the green LED flashes fast.
Any suggestions anyone might have would be greatly appreciated.
