I downloaded Abacus BASIC-128 v1.00 from the Commodore.software website, but I get this error when trying to compile a BASIC program:

SYSTEM ERROR 20

COPY PROTECTED

READY.

Has anyone been able to compile a program using the v1.00 compiler downloaded from that site?

According to this page, using v1.02 is recommended: www.forum64.de/index.php?thread/30187-basic-128-how-to-remove-copy-protection/

Does anybody know where to download v1.02 ?

Pokefinder.org maybe?

I can't recall if direct links to files are allowed here, but if you web search c128_flop.zip site:archive.org, inside of that zip you'll find a copy of v1.03 of Basic-128. It's been ages since I've looked at it so I can't swear it's a working version, but worth a shot if you haven't tracked down another copy.
