This is Richard42's original folder of Video DAC materials he used to make his run of Video DAC's back in 2012. He had this folder on free distribution at Commodore.org (the site now moved to www.commodore.net )

Right... and those resistor values have been tweeked by John Carlsen with his version at bit-c128.com
