My original prototype for a Spectrum graphics-viewer (.SCR-file-format) that led to the "Colour Spectrum"-demo.
From the README: Slideshows of ZX Spectrum-images for the C128 using the VDC - double and single pixel-width modes (256x192 / 512x192 resolution) - 4-in-1-mode (512x384 resolution) showing 4 images at the same time (needs 64K VDC and Commodore 1901 or monitor with vertical sync adjust) - single file viewers: download your own .SCR-files and display them - features optional dark-yellow emulation using soft-interlace The project consists of eight .d64-files or an sd2iec-directory with all files for easier use. Just run "vdc spectrumania" to start the viewer. csdb.dk/release/?id=206013

Found and fixed a small issue with 16K VDCs. Please re-download.

I like the emulated dark yellow, although very flickery of course! Nice that it runs fine off a HD also. Good work!

Thanks for more great work Of course this mainly reminds me how poor the graphics on the Spectrum were compared to C64 games but it also frustrates me again at the lack of multicolour text mode on the VDC. Anyway, nice work. More proof of how amazing the C128 was at the time and how everybody overlooked all the things it could do.
